ARE HOLES IN FRAME OR DO I NEED TO DRILL HOLES IN FRAME? THANKS.

There is no drilling required to install the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, # 1617-1, however, it is a very complex installation and many customers have a local shop perform the installation. This kit is a bolt on application that will install into the existing holes on your Hyundai Elantra.
