Is this a slippery surface ? I had one .put a blanket on it .husband took a sharp turn the blanket slid because the surface was a slick surface

The surface of the Pittman Outdoors Rear Seat Air Mattress # 341028 is similar to most air mattresses, meaning it's probably slick enough that a sheet or cover is going to slip off a bit during a sharp turn. There's nothing in particular on the exterior that's going to provide traction or grip to a cover.
The best solution I can offer to try and prevent this from happening is to just tuck the ends of the blanket as best you can between the mattress and truck seats to hold it in place. I have attached a short video review on this product that you can take a look at as well.
