I measured the mounting bracket on the Rhino-Rack Shovel Holder # RR43218 to get you the hole spacing dimension you need. The center-to-center spacing between the two mounting screws is 1-3/8-inches. The width of the bracket is 2-3/8-inches. Both dimensions are shown on the linked photo I prepared for you.
This kit installs on Pioneer platform racks like # RR42101BF and holds items such as shovels # RR43124 and # RR43123.
