Have a brand new thuly XT for the promaster. we need to change out the one tray for a fat tire. will tray work? we can drill new holes if we have to.

There are a few different Thule Roof Bike Racks with "XT" in the title so I am not sure if you are referring to Thule Circuit XT, Thule Prologue XT, or Thule ProRide XT part # TH598004. If you have the ProRide XT then you are in luck as you can obtain the Fat Tire Adapter Kit part # TH5981 to carry a bike with tires up to 5" wide. That said, if you have the Circuit XT or Prologue XT there is no way to use either of these with a fat tire bike so your only option is to replace with one like the Kuat Trio Roof Bike Rack part # RU01 using the Phat Bike Adapter Kit part # APBK.
