In order to pick out the direct replacement for your landing gear on the 2004 37 Ft Sierra toy hauler I would need to know the measurement between the mounting brackets. The most common measurement is 17-1/2" but if your landing gear brackets do not measure 17-1/2" you can remove the brackets and weld the new ones to the trailer.
You also want to make sure the landing gear lift is not shorter than the landing gear you have now. The Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set with 34-7/8" Lift part # LG-3 will work well for you as long as the lift is not shorter than what you have now.
