The Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Aluminum Wheel # AM32001HWTB that you referenced was designed to be used with standard trailer wheel lug nut size 1/2"-20 so you could use the # CE11051 and you'd be set.
The pilot diameter of this wheel is 3.19 inch so for a chrome center cap you'd only need the part # 319EZ and you'd be set.
