Bike Rack Recommendation for Cruiser Bikes with Fenders and Step Through Frames

Question:

Have 2 step thru cruisers. 1 has fenders on both front/back tires. Having a class 3, 2 inch hitch put on my CRV 2017. Id like to buy a bike rack to carry these 2 bikes. What would you recommend? Thank you!!
