Helpful Expert Reply:
I have a couple CTEK chargers like the part # CTEK56353 and a couple of times I've seen the chargers get stuck on a specific stage or basically act like a battery wasn't connected. Your best option will be to try disconnecting the battery from the charger, unplugging it, and then reconnecting everything to try again. That would clear out any fault error the charger may have.
