How To Hook Up Trailer Lights on a Honda Goldwing Motorcycle
Question:
my goldwing has 5 pin flat plug and everthing works right on my old trailer. New trailer has LED lights and 4 pin. What I gotta do to get brake lights on new trailer. I can put a 5 pin on new trailer but can i just run an extra wire on trailer and wire to signal light wires on both sides for brake lights to light up or am I just dumb?

It sounds like you may be trying to plug a motorcycle with separate tail light circuits into a trailer with combined tail light circuits or vice versa. If that is the case then you will need to use a separate to combined converter box. For example, if the motorcycle has separate tail light circuits and the trailer has combined tail light circuits then you will need part # RM-732 but if the motorcycle has combined tail light circuits and the trailer has separate tail light circuits then you will need a 2-to-3 converter.
Please, let me know if this above does not make sense or if I did not quite understand the issue you are having. For a 5-way for the trailer to match your motorcycle, you can use part # HM37918.
