When a key will not turn in a lock with an item like Master Lock # 1480DAT sometimes a very gentle tap with a small hammer will help to fully seat the key in the tumbler.
You can also try a light sanding of the key's teeth with fine grit sandpaper (500-grit wet type is what I recommend) to remove any tiny spurs that could be the cause for the problem. Another effort you might try is with the key out of the lock, position the lock with the opening facing down, and while in this position re-apply the spray lubricant; this may flush out any small particles within the mechanism.
Once you have done these things you might try repeated insertion/removal of the key to help loosen up the internal mechanism.
