Recommended Wheel Bearing Grease for Trailer

I need to know what kind of wheelbearing grease to use as you can see there is alittle you can see there on the side of the hub,wheelbearing. But I dont know what kind it is or what its called and if it synthetic or regular

The best wheel bearing grease for trailer hubs is the Red style of grease like the part # L11390. It looks like this is what you have too since the picture shows red grease. This grease is the toughest option available and works great in trailer wheel hubs. It's also really great for marine applications as it's highly water insoluble.
