I need installation instructions for the base plate going into ford prep package

We have the Husky Silver Series 26K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 26,000 lbs # HT31318-31325 but not the OEM Hitch. You will need to use the Replacement Crossmember for Husky OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # HT32998 and the Husky Towing OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Towing Prep Package - 26,000-lbs # HT32997 you have pictured. I've attached a photo of the two pages of the instructions that specifically show the installation into the pucks.
We also have adapters like the Demco # DM6175 with a 25K capacity or the Reese adapter # RP30156 with a 20K capacity if you want to keep your hitch stock and make it compatible with the Ford pucks.
