To keep the same dimensions of tire diameter and width on your 2006 Honda Pilot, you are correct that the 235/60R18 is the correct fit. This will keep your 29 inch diameter and 9.3 inch tire width while giving you the larger rims.
Unfortunately we do not carry vehicle tires like you are seeking. I assume you are looking for some snow tire chains based on the product you asked the question from and the Pewag Snox Pro Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # PWSXV580 are my recommendation for that new tire size and will fit well while also protecting your rims with the integrated plastic bumpers. I've attached a video to assist.
If you want a more cost effective option, the Pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair # PWRS80 is my recommendation for a good tire chain at that lower cost. Both options are Class S compatible for use with minimal clearances and are diamond patterned for better traction with a smooth ride.
