Replacement Roof Vent Lid Recommendation for 1993 Lance Squire 4000

Question:

Trying to get a vent lid for our 1993 Lance Squire 4000 9foot 4. Its looks to be the 14x14 but the hinge pins everyone sells opposite of what I have. The hinges on mine are small, large, large center small, large. Most I see are for four hinge. I may be reading the hinge count wrong. I have attached a photo of the vent and the rolled hinge. The lid is long gone before I got the camper. This is a cabover camper if that makes any difference. Thanks

Thanks for the picture! Based on the hinge I can see in it the correct replacement lid is the part # 69284 which is the older Jensen/Heng's style lid.
