We have roof rack kits for both of the roof types that are available on your 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Those two roof configurations are either a roof with raised front-to-back side rails or a roof that is bare with no fixtures at all. If you have raised roof rails then the cost-effective rack I suggest for kayak transport is the Yakima Timberline rack made of parts # Y00409, # Y03536 and # Y33TR. This offers a 32-inch bar spread which will provide a stable platform for the kayaks and it has a 165-lbs weight capacity.

If you have a bare roof then the rack I suggest is the Rhino-Rack consisting of # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK155. This is a great option for your Kayaks on your Ridgeline.
