Quick Connect RV Propane Supply to Disposable Cylinder Port with Regulator

Question:

I have a quick connect fitting on my rv to the propane system. I bought a Stok Gridiron that uses the 1lb propane tanks. The tank attaches to a regulator on the grill. If I connect my rv to the Stok grill with this hose will it work, or do have to remove the regulator from my grill to make it work?

The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Hose for Small Appliance - Disposable Cylinder Port - 6' # 100476-72-MBS is all you need for your RB to work with your Stok Gridiron Grill. You will not need to remove the regulator for the grill to work correctly as you will still need that adjustment option for your grilling flame level.

We have the Stok STG1150 Gridiron grill and it does not seem to get enough pressure to fully light when using a 12 Ft hose to the RV quick disconnect supply. Outdoor kitchen stove top works fine using the same port on the RV. Can you adjust the Stok regulator? Puzzled.

Since the Stok Gridiron Grill has a regulator of its own, you'll need to make sure you're hooking up to the propane before the regulator coming from your tank. If you have two regulators in line it'll definitely decrease the pressure enough to cause issues like this.
