Forest River RV does not provide axle details in the specs for their R-Pod travel trailers such as your 2019 model 189, but I did call Forest River and spoke to their parts team. They will need to know your VIN in order to confirm the torsion axle on it and that will tell you which lift kit to use.
Based on the trailer's unloaded weight of 2792-lbs odds are that you will need kit # K71-707-01. This is likely to be the correct kit since it is intended for axles up to a 4K capacity.
