I spoke to my contact at Superwinch about your Superwinch LT2000 ATV Winch part # 1120210. They informed me that it sounds like the control box is faulty and will need to be replaced with part # SW2320200. The new control box will fix the winch and allow it to both extend and retract.
With that being said, if you are using this winch on a snowplow in which it is frequently extended and retracted you will want to upgrade the relay with part # SW87-42608 as the factory relay will have a difficult time keeping up with the constant extend and retract actions of the snowplow.
