I just purchased a complete new rv rig as follows. 2017 F350 King Ranch 6.5 foot box 2018 Grand Design Momentum 351M standard king pin position. Q24 hitch fixed position. In addition to improved ride will upgraded pin box provide additional space between truck cab and trailer front. I have not yet hooked up this rig.

Since your 2018 Grand Design Momentum has a Lippert 1621 pin box the Trailair Flexair part # LC328492 will fit and give you a much smoother ride but will not make a noticeable difference in clearance between truck cab and trailer.
A better option for that would be Sidewinder part # RP34FR which fits the Lippert 1621 but moves the pivot point back 22.5 inches so that you can tow your trailer with your short bed truck and fixed hitch. Only other way you'll have clearance is to replace the legs of your hitch with the slider base part # C16570.
