For your 2006 Dodge Mega Cab Diesel, I recommend the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK39203. This locking tonneau cover is a very strong and good looking cover that will secure your 5th wheel hitch underneath. This is a really durable cover with a great design that will allow you to clip it in place when towing your 5th wheel. Another cool feature for storage that this cover offers is the BAKBox 2 Collapsible Truck Bed Toolbox # BAK92201 which can fold up when not in use, but offers a cool toolbox that attaches to the tonneau rails that still gives you full floor space.
If you prefer the folding style, I recommend the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum - Matte Finish # BAK48203. This will also secure with clips when using your 5th wheel hitch.
