Question:
Do I have to bend the rocker panel flange on my truck, 2011 chevy silverado 4x4 crew cab to install these steps? If i do, theyre going back.

To install the Bully Steps part # BBS-1103 there isn't any rocker panel bending required but you do need drill into the lower rocker panel like what you see in the install video I attached.
