According to Ford, your 2013 F-250 Super Duty 4x4 SRW 6.7L diesel is rated for 15,900 lbs for 5th wheel towing. You won't have any problem with the 5th wheel hitch weight, but the super springs # SSR-103-47-2 will not increase the capacity of your truck, they will simply assist your factory suspension with carrying the weight.

Your truck will be able to tow the 5th wheel you mentioned as long as you don't exceed the 15,900 lb capacity.

I have same vehicle and want to get a 5th wheel RV that’s dry weight is 13500 will I be able to tow this? I have added a 60 gallon gas tank which adds 400 pads roughly!

If you have the same exact vehicle with the 15,900 lbs towing then you might be pushing the weight rating of your your truck since your 5th wheel has a dry weight of 13,500 lbs. Typically the GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) - which is the max loaded rating - can be about 2,000 lbs more than the dry weight rating so you'll want to keep that in mind. Since you have a 60 gallon gas tank in your truck bed you'll also want to make sure that you aren't exceeding the payload rating for your pickup. Shoot for the pin weight of your 5th wheel being 20% of the loaded weight and then add the 400 lbs you mentioned to see where that falls exactly. You might end up needing to look for a smaller 5th wheel RV or sacrifice some fuel so that you can tow this trailer without overloading your pickup.
