Parts Needed to Install 7-Way on 2008 Volvo VNL 670 for Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer

Question:

I just purchased a 5th wheel RV and a 2008 Volvo VNL 670, I need to get it home. Will this work for the lights, Im not worried about a brake controller at this time

Your fifth wheel trailer is going to have a 7-way blade style trailer wiring connector, so while the part # 119178 is the correct harness to start with you'd need to convert it to a 7-way with the adapter part # 37185. This will allow you to convert the taillight signals to a 7-way which will be easily controlled by the 2008 Volvo VNL 670.
