From the research that I have done it looks like the specs for each tire is the same. The Kenda Karrier ST225/75R15 # AM10303 is a 10 ply tire with a Load Range of E (2,830 lbs at 80 psi) that can fit 15" x 6", 15" x 6-1/2", and 15" x 7" wheels.
It has double steel belts and full nylon plies combined to give superior functionality and helps the tire to last longer. The tread has also been computer-generated for maximum traction. The max speed that can be achieved with the Karrier is 65 mph.
Since the Kenda Karrier and the Maxxis M8008 are so similar I believe the best thing that I can do is recommend that you read the customer reviews for the Karrier found on the product page. It is one of the most reviewed tires on our site and has received excellent feedback from our customers. Because of this I recommend going with the Karrier.
I have also attached a review video for the Karrier for you to check out.
