For a set of extension mirrors that may work for your 2009 Ford Expedition, I recommend using the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror part # KS3891. As long as your factory side mirrors are between 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall and have an outer lip around the edge of the mirror, they will work well for you. You will need one mirror for each side of the vehicle.
We do not have a set of towing mirrors that are confirmed to fit your vehicle at this time.
