Expert Reply:
Yes, I do carry a door hinge for your RC Manufacturing Underbody Toolbox, part # UB1818-48. This toolbox uses a stainless steel piano hinge as the door hinge. To get the correct size hinge, I would recommend to measure the width and length of the hinge you have now.
To find out the size you will need, fully open the door of the toolbox and measure the width of the hinge. If the toolbox has a width of 2 inches, you will use the Redline 2 Inch Wide Stainless Steel Hinge, part # SH200. If it measures 3 inches wide, you will use the Redline 3 Inch Wide Stainless Steel Hinge, part # SH300. Both of those hinges come in a 6 foot length, so you will need to cut it down to the correct length you will need on your toolbox.
I went out to the warehouse and measured the hinge on the RC toolbox # UB1818-48 we had in stock, and it measured 2 inches wide x 42 inches long.
