Troubleshooting Turn Signals Not Functioning on 2017 Audi Q5 After Hitch Install

Question:
I recently installed a draw tite hitch on my 2017 Audi SQ5. After I completed the installation, my rear taillights no longer function at all. The two lights in the rear bumper function properly, but my rear lights are completely off. Any idea what may have happened? Thank you.

If all you did was install a hitch without any trailer wiring the issue you are seeing is most likely related to you accidentally unplugging the taillight wiring of your vehicle while installing the hitch.
Since the rear bumper of your vehicle has to come off most likely something got pinched or unplugged during that step.
