Recommended Oil Filter Relocation Kit for 2014 Ford F-150

I am looking for a remote oil filter kit for my 3.5l ecoboost engine in a 2014 F150. The Derale D15749 kit looks like it would work but I want one that just uses a single oil filter. Do they make one?

For just a single oil filter relocation kit, I recommend looking at the Derale Oil Relocation Kit # D15748. This will allow you to move your F-150's oil filter to a more convenient location and will work with multiple engine thread sizes.

Based on my research, your 2014 Ford F-150 uses an oil filter that has 22mm x 1-1/2mm threads, which this system will fit. I have attached the installation details as well as a short demonstration video on this product for you to check out.
