For your 2011 Nissan Rogue the hitch we would recommend is the Draw Tite part # 75902 which is a confirmed fit. This is a Class III hitch with 350 lbs of tongue weight capacity. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
For a carrier with a ramps we have the Flint Hill Goods part # FHG77ZR which is 30 by 50 inches and has a 500 lb capacity.
