How to Get Replacement Keys for Rhino Rack Roof Rack

Question:

Over a year ago I purchased a Rhino Rack for the roof of my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The end of the aero bars have a small round plastic cover that requires a key to install and remove. I need that replacement key, but I am unable to find one on your website. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rhino Rack does not offer replacement lock cores but what you can do is use the Rhino Rack Masterkey part # RRRK005-4 to replace all four cores with new cores and have new keys to match.

Unfortunately Rhino-Rack doesn't offer replacement keys, so your best option will be to actually replace the lock cores with new ones (that come with new keys). For this you can use part # RRRK005-4.

@ChrisR Hi Chris, I also need have this problem-but i need to unlock my racks to get them off my car-no key-and the master key system wont work unless i get then unlocked first. ideas?
