Do Tire/Wheel Combos Come With Tire Mounted On Rims

Are the tires mounted to the rim when buying them in the package rim and tire?

When we receive tire/wheel combos like part # LHACK133, they come with the tire mounted on the rim from the supplier.
We also offer tires and rims as separate items, but the combos do come mounted. I have attached a link to our product page for the tire/wheel combos we offer.
