Will the Saris Guardian Trunk Bike Rack Fit a 2015 Audi Q5  

I dont have a hitch installed and dont plan on installing one, since the lease on my Audi runs out next year! and am limited to looking for trunk-mounted bike racks to carry two bikes. I see that the Hollywood HRF2 is the one that fits my vehicle, but I also saw that the Saris Sentinel 2-bike rack with the Hatch Huggers would fit my vehicle as confirmed on the Saris website. Also, I looked at the roof of my vehicle and saw that, in addition to the gap between the spoiler and the roof, there is no additional hatch to secure the over-the-top rack. The example images for that mounting are different from what I see on my vehicle, which makes me question the fit on my Audi Q5. Is there an example video of how to install it on the Audi Q5? If yes, I cant seem to find it! : I am looking for advice/support/confirmation if the Saris Sentinel would be a viable option, since it doesnt break the bank.
