Wire Functions/Locations for a Trailer Side 6-Way Connector

Question:

I have a 6 connection wire plug that came off the trailor that has a ez grout pump on it, i cant find a wiring diagram for it. My plug has this abbreviations on it, gd,Lt,rt,as and tm. My trailor wire colors are, white,green,yellow,red,and brown. Do you have this wiring diagram or can you tell me what connections to land my wires on? Thank you

GD is ground
LT is left turn/brake lights
RT is right turn/brake lights
TM is tail lights
AS is likely auxiliary 12 volt power which was probably used to run the pump

I have also included a picture that shows the basic layout of a 6-Way connector, trailer side. Please note that in some situations the brake and 12 volt power circuits are switched.
