Thank you for the photo of your roof on the Altitude you have. That helps a lot when trying to find the right items for your Jeep.
Since there are no mounting points on your Jeep roof or on the all black rails you have, the roof rack I recommend is the Yakima JetStream roof rack. This roof rack uses clips to attach to the inside of the door jamb. To order this roof rack you will need part # Y00426, part # Y28TR, and part # Y06121.
