Are the fat bike wheel hoops available yet? If they are, can I order directly from you or can you recommend a retailer who might have them. Thanks you!

The wheel hoops of the Swagman XC bike rack part # S64650 can accommodate tires that are up to 3-1/2 inches wide. There isn't an adapter for this bike rack that would allow it to be used on wider tires.
We do have a bike rack that will work for you if you have tires that are wider than that. I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY10007-05. This is a platform-style rack that will work in either 1-1/4 or 2 inch receivers. This carrier will handle bike wheels up to 5 inches wide and bikes up to 60 lbs each.
