Spare Tire and Bike Carrying Options for 2001 Layton 190EL Travel Trailer

I need your help in putting together the following for my 2001 Layton 190el travel trailer: Spare tire with wheel ST205/75 R 14 Bumper Mount for the spare tire 2 bike rack to also fit on back bumper. Please let me know what you recommend.

As a first step, I'd recommend contacting the trailer manufacturer to ensure the rear bumper is capable of carrying the weight of a spare tire, bike rack and bikes.
A 4 inch square bumper is pretty common. If that's what you have, I'd recommend the Stromberg Carlson bumper mounted spare tire carrier, part # TR-1. For a bike rack, the presence of the spare tire will interfere with the majority of bike rack options, but we do have one option that would work for you.
Swagman offers their Mighty Rack, part # S80501 that might be a good option. The rack is designed to fit around the spare tire.
I've linked you to our selection of 14 inch wheel/tire combos. You'll want to choose the tire that has the same weight rating as your existing tires.
