Question:

Hi I have a Dexter DX 12.5, see pictures. I have disc brakes but not sure if my coupler for disk or drum? I cant reverse and not sure if I need a manual lock out part #? or a solenoid valve part #? thanks for the help.

Thank you for the picture, it is helpful. I can see that you have an actuator for disc brakes. In the picture you can see the yellow label that says "disc brake actuator for use with disc brakes only". The coupler does not differentiate between disc and drum, the actuator does.

That being said, I so not see a point for a manual lockout on your Dexter DX12.5. So you will want to use the Reverse Lockout Solenoid # DM11993 for a lockout. This option is the better route to go regardless, because it does not require you to get out and manually lock out the brakes every time, like a manual lockout would.
