What Brake Controller Will Fit My 2022 Chevrolet Suburban
Question:
I asked a question and did get a response, but I dont think the person actually read my question. My new truck does not have an adaptor for plug n play brake controller. It has 4 wires hanging with tape on the ends. I would like to know what I need to put a brake controller on it. The tek p3 or the curt one with the knob looks good, but I was sent a link to a premade cable, I have just 4 wires and nothing on the end and the pictures he sent has plugs already on the ends. Can you show me exactly what I need so I can order. Thank you Hoss

With your vehicle not having the plug and play option The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 would be the best option. It comes with the plug that splices into the 4 wires that you already have under your dash. The Prodigy P3 can run up to 1-4 axles and has a 360 degree vertical plane operating range.
The Prodigy P3 has 5 storable settings that let you customize the controller for multiple trailers, varying loads, or different drivers.
I have attached an installation video below of the P3 being installed on a different vehicle but it has the same installation process.
