Seat Adapter Recommendation for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for Brakemaster Installation

Ok, I think I see. This bracket holds the break controller. Which you dont list as being required. When would the break controller be required? and when not? is it just to lighten the break load on the RV? I will not tow all the time but want the optionavailable in case wife doesnt want to convoy.
