Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step Installation - 2018 Ford F-150

Today on our 2018 Ford F150, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Bestop truck step truck bumper step. part number B7530815. Whenever you needed to get something out of the bed of your truck, with the tailgate down, it makes it a lot more difficult to get in there. We're either going to have to lift our leg up all the way up to the bumper or possibly sit on the tailgate and turn in, but our step is going to make it a lot easier. It's a spring loaded step that's going to come out beneath our bumper, so we can get in the bed a lot easier and safer. The nice thing about the step is that it is going to work with the tailgate down or up. Even if the tailgate's up, we can still use the bumper as a step and feel a little more confident when getting in or out of our truck bed, and it's spring loaded, so whenever we're not using it, we can simply just push it up and it'll tuck up nicely against the bumper.

Aries Big Step Nerf Bars Installation - 2017 Ford F-150

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Ford F150, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Aries Big Step Nerf Bars, part number AAAL233043.So here's what our Aries Big Step Nerf Bars look like once we have 'em installed on our F150. The long pad here is gonna make sure that we have a secure footing when we're getting in our truck, or when we're getting out. It's gonna measure a total about 23 and 1/2 inches long and four inches wide. The tread design on our step is gonna make sure that we aren't slipping even in wet conditions, and the material it's made out of is gonna make sure that it's not gonna fade or crack over time. The bars themselves are gonna be a round design, they're gonna be four inches in diameter, and they are gonna be made of aluminum with a nice powder coat finish tone, so they are gonna be rust resistant.Unlike a lot of tube steps, it's not just gonna be a simple black, it's gonna have this crackled look to it, giving it a rugged look. The ends of the bars are gonna curve in slightly, giving it that finished look to it, and the end caps are gonna be welded in place, so we won't have to worry about dirt or debris getting inside the tube. Our steps are gonna come with a custom installation kit for our F150, and it's not gonna require any kind of drilling, cutting, or anything like that. To be honest with you, these are some of the easiest steps that I've put on so far. Now, that's we've seen what our steps look like and going over some of the features, let's show you how to get 'em installed.

Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step Installation - 2016 Ford F-150

Today on our 2016 Ford F-150, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Bestop TrekStep Truck Bumper Step, part number B7530815. We've all been in that situation where we have our tailgate down, and we need to get in the back of our truck. Well, with the tailgate down, we no longer have the bumper as an option for a step, but that's where our truck step's going to come in. It's a spring-loaded step, so you made it a lot easier, allowing us to step up and grab the gear that we need out of our truck bed without having to strain. The thing I really like about this step is that you can use with the tailgate up or down, and instead of being a hitch-mounted step, it's going to leave our hitch open for plenty of other accessories. When we're not using it, our step's going to sit up nicely close to our bumper, and whenever we're ready to use it, there's just enough room to get our foot in there and bring it down. The mounting bracket and the linkage on our step are made of a high strength aluminum alloy, and they have a powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion. Our stepping platform is also made out of aluminum with a nice rugged texture so we know we're going to have a secure footing whenever we're ready. Our step is going to be about 11 and 1/2" wide, by 6 and 1/2" deep.

Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Ford F-150

Today, on our 2016 Ford F-150, we're going to taking a look at the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars in polished stainless steel, part number 23-3930. These are also available in black, part number 23-3935. Here's what these tube steps are going to look like once they're installed on your truck. These steps are going to help make it easier to get into your truck, so you've got a platform to step on before getting all the way in. What's really nice about these is unlike other steps, such as truck bed steps or cab steps, these contour nicely to the full length of the cab of the truck. It maintains a very clean look with the polished stainless steel finish, and we've got nice large foot pads in order to step on, and they've got some pattern on them to help give you traction so you don't slip when they're wet. These nerf bars are nice and easy to install, as they mount to the factory mounting locations for running boards.
