Phoenix Faucets RV Faucets - Bathroom Faucet - PF223503 Review

Today we're going to take a look at the Phoenix Faucets, Catalina, RV Shower Valve with the dual lever handles in rubbed bronze finish. Now this Catalina series value will let you upgrade the bathroom shower valve in you RV or camper. If you notice on the bottom, it has this vacuum breaker. This will allow you to attach a hand-held shower set to this faucet. The shower set we do sell separately on our website. And what this vacuum breaker does, it prevents the backflow contamination of your clean water supply. This is a dual handle design with the lever style handles.

And what's nice, they use a quarter turn cartridge stem which enables the faucet to fully turn on and off with just a quarter of a turn. Has a washer-less design so it reduces friction, daily wear for long lasting durability. The whole faucet is a non-metallic ABS plastic construction. On the back here it's a one piece spin welded palm underbody and inlet shank. It has a nice rubbed bronzed finish to it. It is a wall mount, two hole installation design.

The inlet shanks for the hot and cold water have standard male NPSM connections. Does include the deck plate, the two mounting nuts with the rubber washers for installation. Now they due require a tile and tub caulk for installing this but it is not included. A few specs on this faucet. The flow rate is 2.5 gallons per minute. Give you a few dimensions on this.

The overall width with the handles in this position edge to edge is right at 9.5" wide. We turn them down, the height of it from the edge of the handle to the top of the base is going to right at 3 3/4" tall. The depth from the handle to the back of the base is going to be right at 3 1/4" deep. The base itself, width on that, edge to edge is 6 1/4". The depth on it is 2 1/8" deep.

These inlet shanks for the hot and cold water, the distance between them, center to center is a standard 4" measurement and the length on the shanks is right at 1 1/2" long. But that should do it for the review on the Phoenix Faucets Catalina RV Shower Valve with the dual level handles in a rubbed bronze finish.
