Troubleshooting a Redarc Tow Pro Elite Brake Controller That's Short Circuiting

When I attach my trailer to my vehicle the control knob of the Redarc glows blue as it should. When I apply the breaks the color of the knob fades to purple then green which most closely resembles The LED Flashes an unusual colour sequence randomly whilst braking. |

07 Pathfinder, tow ready, has worked great with your brake controller...just noticed I dont hear relay click when braking, and I have no power through tow harness...I have looked everywhere under dash for relay, even in the kick panels...could it be located behind ac knobs? Need some help before going to shop. |
