Question:
I like the hidden looks of the eco 306-X7372 and draw-tite 76170 for my 2022 Odyssey especially for that ground clearance. The eco is a bit pricier though, is there a difference between these hitches and is the eco hitch that much nicer?

Long story short go with the Draw-Tite # 76170 for your 2022 Honda Odyssey. It has the same basic design and function as the EcoHitch # 306-X7372 and the only real difference is the Draw-Tite is made of steel while the EcoHitch is made of a combination of aerospace-grade aluminum, steel, and stainless steel but it uses recycled materials which is where it gets the name "Eco".
Attached is an installation video of the Draw-Tite on a 2022 Odyssey for you to check out.
If you were planning on using this for a bike rack then I recommend checking out the Yakima FullSwing # Y02465 because it allows you to hold up to 4 bikes and then it has the swinging arm so you gain complete rear hatch access without removing the bikes.
