For your Dodge Dakota with a quad cab you have two options as long as your truck is an R/T, SLT or base model. You will need the Westin Perfect Match series chrome bumper, part # 31012.

The Fey series like part # 63000-93800 that you referenced won't fit the quad cab models. My contact at Westin said that the Diamond step bumpers, which are the more universal ones, will not fit the Quad Cab because they come with separate brackets to mount the bumper that are not compatible with the Quad cab.
