Will part # 75662 fit a 2003 dodge quad cab built 8/02 the mount holes on the back side of the cross member are around 13.5 inches apart ?

The Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75662, will not fit your Ram because it was made in 8/2002. The hitch you need is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75135. It is designed for 2003 Dodge Ram 1500s that were made prior to 11/2002. I have included a link to the instructions for this hitch below.
