For a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner, I'd recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, part # 13323. The hitch has a 5000 lb capacity, and is pretty simple to install. I've linked you to the installation instructions as well as to an install video that you might find helpful.

The # 37042 hitch you referred to has been discontinued, but when it was available it was a fit for a first generation (2001-2007 model years). It would not be a fit for your Tacoma.

Once you get a hitch installed, you might also need the following to complete your towing system:
