The replacement draw bar arms for your Roadmaster XL base plates # 3151-1A are available as special order parts that can be ordered by phone through our Customer Service Team. The passenger-side arm is part C001548 and the driver-side arm is part C001547. My contact at Roadmaster Engineering confirmed these are the correct replacements for those that came with your base plate kit # 3151-1A.
