Question:
I have the Snowsport Plow and am looking at the Curt # C31029 for my 2003 Explorer Sport Trac. Will this all work with my truck?

Expert Reply:
In order for a SnowSport plow to be compatible with a front mounted receiver on your 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, the bottom of the receiver tube must be between 8 and 16 inches off the ground.
When installed, the hitch will sit directly below your front bumper as shown in the provided photo. The bottom of the receiver tube will be approximately 2-1/2 inches below the bumper, so if you measure from the underside of the bumper to the ground, and subtract 2-1/2 inches from that, you should get a good idea of the height of the underside of the hitch.
