Does your 63000 rear bumper fit a 2003 Chevy z71 and what if any mounting kits are needed? Thanks.

The particular Diamondstep Bumper you refer to, part # 63000 is a fit for a Dodge Dakota up to the 2004 model year. Westin makes a similar bumper for GM trucks, but it only fits a full-sized truck up to the 2000 model year and wouldn't work for your truck.
Westin offers some Perfect Match bumpers built to OEM specs. For a 1500 or 2500 LD series, there's a chrome bumper, part # 31006 available. For 2500 or 3500 HD models, chrome # 31013 is available. These bumpers all include the appropriate mounting hardware.
