Ladder/Roof Rack Recommendation for a Camper Shell with Curved Roof

Question:
I have a curved roof with a 1-2inch convexed bow in the center of a 6 foot span from front to rear. Will either the Thule or Yakima roof tracks bend to fit this curvature and if so, will there be no comprise of the channel that would impede the feet from freely sliding front to back?

It sounds like you are looking for a roof rack for either a camper shell or a trailer with an elevation change on the roof of it.
Because of that I can't recommend a roof rack that uses tracks since they are rigid and would not be compatible with the bow in the roof line.
Because of that I would recommend a different style of roof rack that won't use tracks. For that I would recommend the TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack # TH29200XT.
